Attorney

​Jin-Wook Kim is the founder and principal attorney of The Law Office of Jin-Wook Kim, P.C., where he provides experienced and personalized legal counsel in the areas of trusts and estates, real estate, and business law. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and an International MBA from Yonsei University in Korea. He also brings a strong foundation in tax law, having passed the CPA Exam (Delaware), which informs his work in estate and business matters.​Mr. Kim has been practicing law since 2012 and has successfully advised clients on a wide range of legal matters. Fluent in Korean, he is committed to serving a diverse client base with clarity, cultural sensitivity, and personal attention. He is also actively involved in local community organizations, including Korean American civic and faith-based groups.
